1. Purpose and contact

The otustv.com website (the “Website”) presents the OtusTV app and its features. It is operated under the OtusTV brand (the “Publisher”). For questions about the Website, the app or these terms, email contact@otustv.com.

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using it.

2. Information about the app

Descriptions, images, supported devices, features, availability dates and prices shown on the Website are for information and may change. Illustrative screens may show fictional content. When available, the app will be distributed through the App Store; the information shown there and at checkout governs the version and plan you select.

The app license terms are those presented in the App Store when you download it. These Website terms do not replace that license or Apple’s terms.

3. Your sources and content

OtusTV plays sources that you add yourself, including personal servers and compatible playlists. OtusTV does not provide, host, sell or distribute audiovisual content or IPTV subscriptions. The availability of a playback feature does not mean that the Publisher authorizes access to any particular content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to access each source and play each item, and for following your providers’ terms. You must not use OtusTV to access content without authorization or bypass protective measures.

4. Free version and OtusTV+ options

The Website presents a free version of the app with one active source, monthly and yearly OtusTV+ subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime OtusTV+ purchase. None of these options includes films, series, channels or access to third-party services.

Prices shown on the Website are indicative: the price, currency, taxes, billing period (if any) and exact terms shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase apply. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically and are managed or canceled through your Apple account. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Refund requests follow the payment platform’s process and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

5. Permitted use of the Website

You may browse the Website for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, copy its content automatically at scale, or use its elements in a way that infringes the Publisher’s or others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

The OtusTV brand, logos, text, graphics and other original elements of the Website are protected by applicable rights and remain the property of their respective owners. Reproduction or commercial use requires prior permission. Names of third-party services mentioned on the Website belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply an affiliation.

7. Availability and external links

We aim to keep the Website accessible and its information current, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or an error-free service. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website for maintenance, security or service development. Third-party services and websites linked from the Website remain subject to their own terms and practices.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher is not responsible for content, streams, servers or services supplied by third parties, or for interruptions or incompatibilities specific to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Website, the app or applicable requirements. The update date appears at the top of this page. The version published when you visit applies to your use of the Website, subject to your statutory rights.
